Some Windows users meet problems when they play the interactive application.
Known Problems are (1)irregular or sliced camera video (2)black screen (3)auto-reboot
After technical testing, it might be caused by the camera supporting ability of interactive application
Changing webcam is one of solutions. You also can follow the instructions below to install new interactive application：

Changing webcam is one of solutions. You also can follow the instructions below to install new interactive application：
- Please download the new interactive application for Windows platform. [download here]
- Please unzip the downloaded file. The installation is done immediately after unzipping.
(To uninstall the application is to delete the whole unzipped file directory) - Connect the webcam to your computer
(do not use other programe to run your webcam,
the interactive application will run your webcam automatically) - Get into the upzipped file directory [katncandix2_1.0.2]
- Please install "WinVDIG.exe" in the directory first!! (always click "NEXT STEP")
- Run the executive file named katncandix2 (for example: katncandix2.exe or katncandix2.app)
- The webcam video will be opened after running the interactive application
- Show your interactive AR card to your webcam
- The pretty melody and animation of 2375 will show up
when the black-white pattern on the down-left corner of interactive AR card is in the webcam video - You can try to tilt or rotate the interactive AR card to explore more interesting things!
